Linking Lazarus in Suse 9.3

I am unable to link when installing Lazarus in Suse 9.3
This is the error

Linking ./Lazarus
user/bin/ld: cannot find -lgdk

Anyone have any ideas, or has anyone successfully instaled on Suse
9.3?

You need to install the necessary development header packages, in this
case gdk-pixbuf-devel. You will also need gtk-devel if you haven't
already installed it.

Thanks Eric, that got me further.
Now I get some errors such as

/usr/lib/libglib.a(gstrfuncs.o)(terxt+0x5d1):in function
'g_strdown':builds/ramiro/rpm/BUILD/glib/gstrfuncs.c:940: undefined
reference to '__ctype_tolower'

what libs (versions) did you install ?
