RTL not found when compiling Lazarus in Linux

Hi
I downloaded lazarus-0.9.6.tgz and fpc-1.9.8.i386-linux.tar. I was
able to install fpc without problems but i can't install lazarus. With
"make clean all" there is no problem, but with "make install" i get
error RTL not found. The path in /etc/fpc.cfg is correct.

What is wrong??

As far as I know make install doesn't work yet. Most everyone I know
uses lazarus from the build dir anyway.

From the same dir you ran "make clean all" from type: ./lazarus
