I have download cbtracker application, and I so that to use resource
file splash.lrs & startsplash.xpm. How do I create splash.lrs? (no
delphi res file no siResourceBuilder, I dont wont to use). Just simple
how to create lazarus resource file?

Place a picture on a ((splash) form and Lazarus will generate the lrs
(same as with any other form)

You can also use LazRes (dunno if it is documented)
