I just have this curious cutout. I'd love to know what it is since one
of the characters has an Ono Sendai deck. Image search hasn't got me
anywhere.

Adam Warren's Dirty Pair, an American manga based on an old series of
light novels and a anime series.
This is from Dirty Pair 2, written by Toren Smith, the first three
series were very cyberpunk, when Toren died it went more
transhumanist.

I recommend an online version, the current printing has been censored
due to a lawsuit by Playboy magazine over The Pair mugging a couple of
bunny-girls and stealing their uniforms to get on a luxury space
liner.
