I am interested in linking various powerful brain states with
conditioned hand signs (basically Naruto). Does anyone have advice?
This is also general brain and physiology hacking I guess and their
potential.

Starting off do binaural beats work, can you link them to hand signs,
and is it even worth doing? I think visualization meditation may help.
The concept of anchoring in nlp is also relevant.

I read on Wikipedia that Añjali Mudrā can help link the brains
hemispheres. is that possible? It's the one where you put your palms
and fingers together in prayer.
