Does anyone have blueprints or maps of sewer systems of major cities?
Or know of a good source of these documents?

Public works, archives, and utilities companies. If you want the good
soykaf, gotta get good at social engineering or work in the civil
engineering or infrastructure sectors

Try these:
Sin in the Second City
The Gangs of New York

The first is about how two sisters started and ran a high-class
brothel in Chicago. The place was a night spot for a lot of the city's
elite until the Temperence Movement happened and forced a shut down.

The second is an informal recounting of the chaotic early days of New
York, primarily in the Five Points area. A movie was made based off
the book, but trust me when I say a lot was left out.

Best source is going into these systems yourself and mapping them out.
