I started playing a few weeks ago with my brothers and quit today
because of the 5 matches i played 3 had obvious wallhackers in it. It
has been this way for the whole time, in almost every game there are
either super obvious wallhackers or aimbotters.

No I mean REALLY OBVIOUS cheats. in replays the crosshair being locked
on enemys heads through walls, the crosshair snapping to an enemys
head in a millisecond  from across the screen, stuff like that and
constantly. These people would sometimes get kicked, but with always
more coming in..

Can confirm.
I've been playing csgo for 5+ years and I didn't meet a cheaters in
years. Eventually, my team played with a level 4 non-prime player to
introduce him to the game.
We met cheaters 3 games in a row.
