Inability to Express Myself

Lately, I've been feeling a very strange mix of feelings. I don't mind
feeling this way, so long as I can express it, but what I find
intolerable is my inability to do so.

I've tried writing my thoughts down. I've tried writing a diary. I've
tried making music. I've written a schizo notebook. I've talked to
friends. Nothing I do seems to capture the way I feel. It's an awful
thing.
