            4 # Ingredients
            5 - Rolled oats, one cup
            6 - Maple syrup, one tbsp
            7 - Milk, two cups
            8 - Strawberries, one cup
            9 - Banana, one cup
           10 - Brown sugar, two tsp

           12 # Instructions
           13 1. Mix all ingredients except the strawberries and the banana in a wok
           14 2. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat, stirring frequently
           15 3. Cook for five minutes until the milk is absorbed
           16 4. Remove from heat and cool for several minutes
           17 5. Add the strawberry and bananas on top
