            5 # Ingredients
            6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp
            7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp.
            8 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
            9 - Salt to taste
           10 - Eggplant, two cups
           11 - Black pepper to taste

           14 1. Heat a wok on medium flame
           15 2. Add the oil and garlic
           16 3. Cook the garlic, once browned add the eggplant into it
           17 4. Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper
           18 5. Cover the wok and let it cook in steam for ten minutes
