            6 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
            7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp
            8 - Scallion sauce, one cup
            9 - Asian sesame oil, one tbsp
           10 - Enoki mushroom, two cups
           11 - Vegetable oil, two tbsp
           12 - Salt to taste
           13 - Black pepper to taste

           16 1. Warm a wok
           17 2. Add about a tablespoon of oil
           18 3. Add the garlic
           19 4. Add the enoki mushroom and mix
           20 5. Add the scallion sauce.
           21 6. Add the rest of the ingredients to the wok.
