       Transaction Records in Interactive Services:
       Who Watches the Servers?

The advent of interactive capabilities in home entertainment,
telecommunications, and online services gives new importance to
concerns about the privacy of the transaction records generated by
these services. This session will explore the issues raised by the
collection of personal information in these new interactive services,
followed by a debate on the various strategies proposed for protecting
the privacy of electronic transaction records.
