Does anyone else feel like there's some timeline manipluation going on? I am one of those who experienced the "Mandella Effect". I have a very distinct memory of watching the news (as a kid, not something I did often) and hearing about Nelson Mandella dying while he was in prison. I have heard all of the occam's razors against this, all of the explainations of why I might have this (shared) false memory. But the thing is I wasn't a "newsie", I was just a kid that didn't pay much attention to the news. It just happened to be on and it seemed important. It was probably *** BREAKING NEWS!!!! *** which back then was usually something important not like now when they do "BREAKING NEWS" for ordinary happenings. Also, I didn't (at the time) know who Nelson Mandella was but for some reason the news report stuck with me. I have been looking around at the current clusterfuck that is Earth and asking myself how does one even get here? There has to be some timeline manipulation going on here to guide things just so. I am not one who thinks everything was hunky dorry (is that how you spell it?) right up until Trump. I see the logical chain of events going back to Reagan and earlier. I see the cultish nature of the United States and how christianity stopped being about a personal relationship between you and God ... stopped being a "this isn't our world, ours is the Kingdom of Heaven, don't get involved with all these worldly things as it is only going to lead you further from Christ" and started being more and more involved in politics and public policy. But still, it feels like there were so many chances to get off this crazy train so many ways we could have turned things around and I see points where that started to happen but miraculously something happens to curtail that and push us right back on the road to dooms day. And just looking at Trump as he physically rots in front of our eyes like a fucking zombie his flesh barely sticking to the bone, his mouth barely able to form words, it's feels like someone is at the helm of a time-ship carefully navigating us through probabilities trying to find one where he managed to live one more day just to push their agenda and try to force the book of revelation to come true. I don't believe in God. I don't believe in the "prophasies" of the bible. I don't think there's a script for the future but I do believe that the people running the show right now believe it and they want to self-fulfill it. They think they can *make* God come back by acting out the end times. At the end of this train of thought is the inevitable death* of these beliefs and maybe, if we don't extinct ourselves, a better future free from these superstitions and self destructive behaviors. *: in as much as any way of thinking ever "dies". I mean there's still astrologers and all other kinds of belief systems that once ruled the world, hearts, and minds but now exist in only a few. I sure would like to know ... is there a time machine or is it alien intervention, or how exactly does one intentionally jump timelines? Because I would really like to jump right now. .
