DevNotes for Mutiny Community Version 5.9 - 2024-08-19

* Bug fix to editing or deleting a bulletin
* When you start reading bulletins you're asked if you want to start with the newest unread message or the first message.
* Added aggregate to user list, can aggregate by emulation and time zone
* Can now change AFK reason without going out of AFK.  If you are already AFK and you type "/AFK lunch" then the afk reason changes but you stay in AFK.  The only way to get out of AFK is to type "/afk" by itself.
* Added /ghosts command.  This shows your active sessions and lets you kick one or all of them off.  The intent is if you have a ghost session (one that is not actually connected but the board thinks it is) but you can also use it if you're just too lazy to go over to the machine that you're logged in from to disconnect.
