Development Notes for Mutiny Community Version 4.11 (2023-01-11)

* If you want to post a longer message, like multi-paragraph, you can do so from chat using /post (or /p) this will take you into the line editor and let you compose your post with all of the editing options available.

* The message base view is no longer accessible from the "main menu" but is still accessible from the /msg command.  I felt this doesn't put Community's "best foot forward" for new users as the view, though somewhat helpful, is inferior to the chat view.  Essentially it comes down to the chat messages really only "read" correctly through chat view.  I could have the message base be a separate thing but I don't know if I want to do that yet.

* When a user logs in or out and has more than one session active the notification is more clear on this.  This way when you see "Soandso (2) has logged out" you don't think that "Soandso" isn't here anymore (because the "(2)" indicates that one of Soandso's two sessions has ended).
