* fixed issues with newlines when usg SyncTerm 1.2b

* improvements to message list in message base view, added options for seeing only starts of threads or all messages, and include/exclude messages already read.
* in CBM mode right-arrow is interpreted as space, down arrow is interpreted as the same as TAB in ascii/ansi mode (auto-complete, used in files browser)

* added an obscure but helpful option to the DIR, LS, and GREP commands in the file browser, see HELP DIR for more info

* added screen saver type ping/pong which can be helpful if you're on a CRT with a terminal emulator that doesn't have a built in screen saver and you don't want to get burn-in.  To activate use /ss (/ss again to deactivate)
