Command: races - teleporting to the room of the races

Description:
	'races' teleports you directly to the room of the races.

Syntax:
	races

Note:
	As the system of races is not active in Nemesis, this is more
	or less useless.

	This command is one of those commands for lazy wizards ;-) See
	below. It is a shortcut for 'goto /room/races'.
