Command: mv
Arguments: <file1> <file2> | <file> <directory>

This command renames <file1> to <file2> if both arguments are files or
directories.

The second version moves <file> to the directory <directory> with same
name as <file> had before.

The tilde (~) can be used as usual. See manual of ls for further details.
