Command: monitor - teleporting to the monitoring room etc.

Description:
	'monitor' teleports high level privileged wizards directly to the
	monitoring room of Nemesis.

	As an argument you can give (abbreviated) commands of the monitor
	room itself: "last", "[listen] on", "[listen] off" and "[show]
	listeners".

Syntax:
	monitor
	monitor last
	monitor on
	monitor off
	monitor listen off

Note:
	The monitor system of Nemesis keeps track of illegal activities
	of wizards, connects and disconnects of players etc., but also
	reports problems within the game and debugging information etc.
	It does NOT observe "normal" activities of players or wizards.
	Even so, for reasons of data privacy only very few wizards have
	access to the monitoring room - see also 'help privacy'.

	'monitor' can be abbreviated to 'monit'.

	This command is one of those commands for lazy wizards ;-) See
	below. It is a shortcut e.g. for 'goto /secure/monitor'.
