Command: man
Optional argument: <topic>

'man' is an extended help command.
It gives a list of all directories and the order of searching of the /doc-
directories, if no argument is is provided.
With an argument it searches several /doc-dirs to find the wanted information
about a external function, a local function, rules etc.

Some external functions have the same name like the similar wizard command
(ls, ed, rm for example). 'man' returns the manual of the e-function in this
case. To look up the wiz command use 'help <command>'.
