Command: finger/whois
Optional argument: <player>

With argument: Show detailed information about a player/wizard:
    - eg. login time, level, idle time etc.
    - Wizards can set up a file named '.plan' in their directory, that
      will be displayed as 'Plan:' entry when fingered (see 'man plan'.
    - Wizards get more detailed information than players.
    - Private information like the mail address and the realnames are
      kept away from players AND wizards. Only Archwizards can access
      those pieces of information.

Without: Shows a variation of 'people'.

Note:
	For players it is called 'whois <player>'.

	This service is also available via https://nemesis.de/lpc/bin/finger/ .
	The above mentioned private details like the mail addresse are not
	shown there, BUT the file .plan is fully accessable there. Think twice
	what you write there!
