Command: emote

Description:
	Gives a message <msg> to everybody in the room you are currently
	in. Your name will be prepended to the message.

Syntax:
	emote <msg>

Examples:
	emote makes a magic gesture and it starts snowing.
		results to:
	Kiri makes a magic gesture and it starts snowing.

Note:
	'emote' can be abbreviated with ':'.

	The intension of 'emote' is to give wizards the ability to show
	advanced emotions and gestures.

	Please think carefully about what you 'emote' as you pretend
	something that is not happening at all.
