Command: echohere

Description:
	The <msg> is sent to all players/wizards in the same room. This
	should be used with great care, and is almost already illegal by
	the RULES.

Syntax:
	echohere <msg>

Examples:
	echohere There's thunder and lightning.
		results to:
	There's thunder and lightning.

Note:
	Please think carefully about what you 'echohere' as you pretend
        something that is not happening at all.
