Command: cat - printing a file

Description:
	Prints the file 'file'. If it is big, the file is truncated.

	'cat' isn't really good for lookin at game files - see 'help more'.

Argument: cat <file>

Note:
	Without leading "/" or "~" the given path of <room> is used
	relatively to your current working direktory (see 'help pwd').
