Command: Who - another variation of 'people'

Description:
	List some informations about logged in players (and wizards) like:
	level, stats, weapon and armour class, money, idle time, country.

	If no argument is given, it is done for all players, else only for the
	specified one.

Syntax:
	Who
	Who <player>
