Lfun: load_chat - make a monster talk Synopsis: void load_chat(int chance, string *chats) Description: The load_chat call tells a monster to chat if a player is present and if there is no fight. The first argument is the chat chance of each heart beat (2 secons) and is an integer between 0 (no chat) and 100 (chat every heart beat). The chats argument is an array of chat strings, from which one is randomly selected if the monster wants to make a chat.
