Information: an overview of wizard commands and other stuff

Description:
	This overview lists some wizard commands, not all.

	Type 'help general' to get the standard help page for players.

	General info about creating rooms and objects: Look in /doc/build
	or use 'man build'. 'man w' to see a list of manuals of wizard
	commands.

Full wizard (level 21 and higher) commands (not all):
	load <file>     clone <file>    update <file>   reload <file>
	mkdir <dir>     cp <from> <to>  mv <from> <to>  invis/vis
	rmdir <dir>     rm <file>       ed <file>       snoop <user>

Apprentice wizard (level 20 and higher) commands (not all, too):

	in <obj> <cmd>  at <ply> <cmd>  emote <msg>     man <search>
