Name: query_spell_points - return the amount of spell points of a living

Syntax:
	int query_spell_points()

Description:
	The query_spell_points call returns the amount of spell points of a
	living. It is just for compatibility, so don't use it any more.

Return value:
	A positive integer indicating the spell points.
