Simul efun: resolve - next hope of resolving an IP address ;-)

Synopsis:
	string resolve(object ob)

Description:
	Similar to the efun "query_ip_name", but can also resolve some
	addresses that can not be resolved with the nameservers. It uses
	country_ip.h for this. If name resolving fails, the IP-address
	is returned.

Note:
	Object "ob" can also be a disconnected player (not possible with
	query_ip_name).
