Command: whois - gives you information about a certain adventurer or wizard

Description:
	'whois' gives you information about a certain adventurer or wizard:
	the being's name, the level notation, the alignment, last login if
	still online or when last seen. The membership in the Adventurers'
	Guild is also mentioned - unless no wizard. See Note.

Syntax:
	whois <adventurer>

Examples:
	whois xyz

Note:
	Wizards can set up a file named '.plan' in their directory, that
	will be displayed as "Plan:" entry.
