Information: weather - like in real life - almost

Description:
	Since ancient times nature in Nemesis is influenced by weather and
	follows the rules of day and night - almost like in real life... ;-)

	The vast weather range is not only due to different climate zones
	(arctic to tropic climate), and some regions with special local
	weather, but as well as to a slight change during the course of
	the day.

	You are informed about the current weather situation whenever the
	weather changes or you step outside of a building or come into a
	different climate zone. You can also look at the sky ('examine sky'
	or 'examine weather') to check the current weather.

Note:
	The weather has some effects as you will notice very fast (for
	example if you try to light a torch when it is raining :-)
