Command: ping - sends a beep

Description:
	'ping' creates an acoustic signal (technical a CTRL-G) in order
	to get attention from a specific player/adventurer. He/she/it can
	be anywhere in the game. A 'ping' costs 3 spell points.

	A cheap reaction is 'pong' - see 'help pong'.

Syntax:
	ping <player>

Examples:
	ping xyz

Note:
	A CTRL-G is the control sequence for a beep.
