Command: help - helps you concerning commands and other aspects in Nemesis

Description:
	Shows verbose information about any command and other stuff.

Syntas:
	help
	help <keyword>

Examples:
	help				shows the general help page.
	help give			shows help for the command give.
	help admin			shows the Administration of Nemesis.
	help help			shows this help page.
