Command: give - gives an item to a being

Description:
	You give an item to another being, that is to say another
	player/adventurer, wizard, monster/NPC (Non Player Character).

	You also can give "item number X" to being - or also give an item
	to "being number Y" - see Examples: below and 'help numbering'.

Syntax:
	give <item> to <being>

Examples:
	give ring to susan
	give sword 4 to kiri
	give 10 coins to beggar
	give pizza to turtle
	give bag to orc 3
