Command: get/take - lets you get or take an item

Description:
	Lets you get/take an item in the room you are in or take/get an item
	from a container, e.g. a bag. 'take' and 'get' are identical.

	You also can get/take "item number X" - or also get/take an item from
	"container number Y" - see 'help numbering' and Examples: below.

Syntax:
	get all
	take all
	get <item>
	take <item>
	get all from <container>
	take all from <container>
	get <item> from <container>
	take <item> from <container>

Examples:
	get all
	take sword
	take bottle 2
	get magazin
	take all from chest
	get stick 2 from bag 3

Note:
	In some locations it is even possible to take items only mentioned
	in the description of the room (the so-called room items) - see
	'help numbering'. There might be a hint that you can get it ;-)
