Command: brief - toggles between verbose and short mode

Description:
	Toggles between brief and verbose mode. If you are in brief mode,
	you will only see short descriptions of all rooms, when you enter
	them. Use the 'look' command to get the long.

Syntax:
	brief

Examples:
	brief
	Brief mode.
	brief
	Verbose mode.

Note:
	Default for a new adventurer is verbose mode.
