   leaving  these  here  anyway,  just because - well - I'm not sure why,
   really. Still.

   I  couldn't find anything decent on the internet, so I thought I might
   as  well write some myself. They're not great - often malphrased, full
   of  information  and  statistics without sources quoted, sometimes too
   prolix,  sometimes  too  slogany,  dully formatted, and much, much too
   late. But better, I can only hope, than nothing.

   Do  with  them as you will. They number four - that's one, two, three,
   four. Or if you want only to read, then four can be made one.
