** On QuIX **

I used an inferior SFTP client (don't remember the
name now) and it was constantly pooping out on my
massive transfer of the Simtel DOS archive I have 
to QuIX.  I went back to good ol' WinSCP and it is
cooking along.

I am moving the Programming stuff around, making
it higher-level and putting more under it.  I still
do a bit here and there.
