This is an apartment. A very simple room that you can mould into whatever you want. When originally created, it's owned by the MOO apartment project, and not by you. However, you still have control over the apartment, including the ability to set it as your home, invite people into it, create exits from here to other rooms, and create seats and details through #3309's parentage. There are several unique verbs you can use here:
       @invite <player> [for <time>] - Allows someone to have access
                                       to the apartment without a key.

       @own here                     - Take ownership of the apartment.

       open/close door               - Open/Close the apartment's main
                                       door.
       @add-key <object>             - Turns 'object' into a valid apartment
                                       key.
