Add the Casino Feature Object (#4500).

Bet <amount>        - Start Game (Broke people may bet up to $1,000)
Hit                 - Draw another card
Stand               - Stay with the cards you have
Double              - Double your bet.  Draw one more card.
Split               - Double your bet, split your cards into 2 hands.
Cards               - Display your cards.
Quick               - Make game fasters (take out all suspends)

Up          - Casino Gambling Area
