This is the Administration Building where, until lately, the moo's virtual
paperwork was handled.  Now, 13 reigndeer are here, decorated in bells,
one of them with a bright red nose.  They scamper around, making a mess in
the wizards' nice and tidy office.  The door that connects eastwards has
a huge sign with manta's writing that says 'No deer allowed!'.  They obviously
were trying to get into his office.  There's not much room left in here,
although some of them are fixing that problem by chewing on the furniture
and eating all of the paper they can find.
