Drizzt's generic enhanced room

This is an enhanced version of the generic enhanced room by Max.
It has a couple of useful properties you can set to customise it.

-.camera and .camera_users => if .camera is 1, everyone who is in .camera_users, and isn't in the room, will see everything that happens in the room
- .banned => any person (or object) in this will not be allowed in
- .out_match and .real_location => set the .real_location to where you want your room to be, and set your .out_match to how you'd see it ex. .out_match for a room is {"window", "out the window"}, and .real_location is #11.  typing `look out the window' would show you the grassy knoll.
- .secure =>setting this to 1 will `secure' the room, so people can't listen in.  this is an anit-paranoia mesure, NOT anti-wizzen, so don't hide behind this and think you can get away with anything.  it's only really deseigned to block people who leave $animals and $newbugs everwhere

Useful Verbs

- Phase => very simple, set a phaser on stun, fire it at the room, and housekeeper cleans the room
