"A tall, imposing man in a trench coat. Under the coat he wears a black jacket over a white shirt. A foppish red bow tie hangs limply from his neck, and he has on his feet and legs black boots and pants. Red and Black are obvioulsy big in this guy's color scheme. His dark hair is long enough to hang over his eyes, but it is prevented from doing so by a wide brimmed red hat. More red, you note. His eyes are hidden behind a pair of almost reflective yellow sunglasses, but what you can see appear to be of an almost demonic red hue. He wears white gloves covered in symbols of the occult, most notably a large pentagram. He sees you looking at him and grins, revealing a mouth full of sharp fangs."
