To modify the project for beach erosion control, Tybee Island, Georgia.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TYBEE ISLAND, GEORGIA.

    The project for beach erosion control, Tybee Island, Georgia, 
authorized under section 201 of the Flood Control Act of 1965 (42 
U.S.C. 1962d-5), is modified to include as a part of the project the 
northern end of Tybee Island extending from the north terminal groin to 
the mouth of Lazaretto Creek.
