      To extend the temporary suspension of duty with respect to 
                             Deltamethrin.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DELTAMETHRIN.

    (a) In General.--Subheading 9902.30.18 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States is amended by striking ``12/31/2001'' and 
inserting ``12/31/2004''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section shall apply 
to articles described in subheading 9902.30.18 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States that are entered, or withdrawn from 
warehouse for consumption, after December 31, 2001.
