             To reauthorize Franchise Fund Pilot Programs.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF FRANCHISE FUND PILOT PROGRAMS.

    Section 403(f) of the Federal Financial Management Act of 1994 (31 
U.S.C. 501 note) is amended by striking ``October 1, 2001'' and 
inserting ``October 1, 2002''.
