 Designating majority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Members be and are hereby, 
elected to the following standing committees of the House of 
Representatives:
    Committee on Government Reform: Mr. Duncan.
    Committee on Science: Mr. Gilchrest.
    Committee on Small Business: Mr. Shuster.
    Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure: Mr. Ney to rank 
after Mr. Baker, Mr. Culberson, and Mr. Shuster.
