CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Expressing the sense of the Congress that the United States Trade
Representative should investigate whether any price control program
governing the cost of medication in Mexico or Canada violates any trade
agreement.
Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),
That it is the sense of the Congress that the United States Trade
Representative should investigate whether any price control program
governing the cost of medication in Mexico or Canada--
(1) violates or is inconsistent with any trade agreement,
or otherwise denies benefits to the United States under any
trade agreement; or
(2) is unjustifiable, unreasonable, or discriminatory and
burdens or restricts United States commerce.
