To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to provide 
duty-free treatment for certain tractors suitable for agricultural use.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LOG FORWARDERS.

    (a) In General.--Chapter 87 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of 
the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the 
following new subheading, with the article description having the same 
degree of indentation as the article description for subheading 
8701.90.10:

      

``       8701.90.20       Log Forwarders.....  Free                 ...................  Free
                                                                                                              ''


    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall 
apply with respect to the articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse 
for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the 
enactment of this Act.
