  Ms. Rivers introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
                Committee on Education and the Workforce

 To amend the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act relating to 
the minimum amount of State grants for any fiscal year under part B of 
                               that Act.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT.

    Section 611(a)(2) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education 
Act (20 U.S.C. 1411(a)(2)) is amended--
            (1) in the paragraph heading, by striking ``Maximum'' and 
        inserting ``Minimum''; and
            (2) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 
        ``maximum'' and inserting ``minimum''.
